Lily McNair, PSM, RDN, CCMS, FAND, is a culinary medicine practitioner, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and educator whose work bridges the kitchen, clinic, and community. Based in Yuma, Arizona, she serves as the SALUDABLES Coordinator and Adjunct Faculty at Arizona Western College. In partnership with local, tribal, and academic collaborators, including the University of Arizona, Lily develops and leads hands-on culinary medicine programs that translate nutrition science into practical, culturally relevant care. Her work focuses on rural health, Indigenous partnerships, and training current and future clinicians to use food as both nourishment and medicine. She also works as an inpatient clinical dietitian in the local county hospital. Licensed June, 2025.
