The 10th Annual Health meets Food: The Culinary Medicine Conference 2024
The conference will take place in June 6 through June 9, 2024 in the Washington, DC metro area.
There will be an online streaming option using a virtual conference platform that will allow for a conference experience including lectures, expert panels, culinary skills-building programming and small group interactions with your colleagues.

Friday: REBOOT OF FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE
Friday programming will focus on the foundational elements of how patients and patrons think about diet and healthy food. We will explore the adaptability of Mediterranean diet and the research behind heritage diets around the world along with the current evidence around popular diets such as intermittent fasting, ketogenic diet and the carbon footprint of our foodways.

During this year’s culinary skills building sessions we will explore the challenges our vulnerable patients face with cooking great healthy food using a variety of pre-selected ingredients. Teams will create and share recipes with other conference participants in the afternoon sessions.

• Participate in educational sessions dedicated to Culinary Medicine (up to 12 hours CME/CNE/CPE or ACP CHE).
• Two hands-on Skills-Building sessions. CME/CNE/CPE).
• Review Culinary Medicine courseware with colleagues from over 60 academic medical centers.
• Earn up to 20 CME/CNE/CPE credits (with optional hands-on cooking classes).
• Present current research.
• Participate in poster sessions.


Tuition and Discounts
Full conference tuition is $550.
There is a $100 Super Early Bird Discount for the conference registration. Early-bird Discount expires on December 31, 2023.
The early bird discount is automatically applied.
