Jasmine Johnson, MS, RD, LDN, CCMS, CJB is a registered dietitian who worked in the areas of WIC, inpatient nutrition, bariatric surgery, and weight loss management. During her tenure as a dietitian, Jasmine noticed a disconnect between nutrition counseling and culinary skills. Due to this gap, and inspired by her late mom, Jasmine pursued the CCMS program and is also completing an Associate of Applied Science in Baking and Pastry Arts (she graduates in December 2026). Once completed, Jasmine hopes to fully help her patients cook, bake, and eat healthy to reach their health goals.
