Cooking Series FAQ

• These are cooking classes where you will cook in your own home and share your dishes with others using photographs and discussion of the recipes.

• There are some knife skills and technique demonstrations to help you understand the best way to prepare your recipe.

• If you cannot make it to any one class, it may be possible to make up that class at a later series.

• The classes are not recorded.

• Participants will cook during each class session.  You will have the option to select which recipes(s) you wish to cook in advance and the recipes are grouped to allow you to select for food preferences, allergies and skill level.

• Shopping lists and equipment lists are provided for each of the recipe groups.

• Each class session lasts about 2 1/2 hours.

• Families who are in the same kitchen cooking together only need to purchase one pass for the class series.  This is great for couples but also mom and dad cooking with kids.
