Dr. Corinne Flaska is a board-certified family medicine physician practicing in Saint Joseph, Missouri. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology from Missouri State University and completed her osteopathic degree at Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine. She went on to complete her family medicine residency at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
Dr. Flaska has been practicing at Mosaic Life Care since 2007, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Her clinical focus includes preventive health, chronic disease management, and acute care. Over the years, she has recognized the critical role that nutrition plays in both the prevention and management of chronic illnesses. This passion led her to pursue and complete certification as a Certified Culinary Medicine Specialist (CCMS).
Through this additional training, Dr. Flaska combines her medical expertise with evidence-based nutrition and culinary strategies to better support her patients’ health goals. She integrates practical dietary guidance into her everyday clinical practice, empowering patients with tools to make sustainable, health-promoting changes.
