OFFERED ONLINE VIA ZOOM
The Health meets Food team and partners began offering online hands-on cooking classes for CME credit after the COVID 19 pandemic. Due to the success of the virtual classes, many partner universities across the country have also hosted virtual cooking classes. The Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine at Tulane University is excited to announce virtual hands-on cooking classes for CME credit this summer.
Participants will use Zoom to gather, collaborate, cook together and discuss case studies. Each module will follow the workflow of in-person programming and will take about 3 1/2 hours to complete.
A shopping and equipment list is available for each module to guide you in preparation. We also recommend using a mobile device for the Zoom meeting and purchasing Gooseneck Tablet Holder to make participation easier.
For registration problems, questions, or for more event information, please contact Cecilia Hatfield at firstname.lastname@example.org
Venue: Online via Zoom
Login instruction will be sent prior to the event.
