ActiveHealth meets Food CME Online Culinary Medicine Programming – Fall 2021

The Health meets Food team began offering online hands-on cooking classes for CME in the spring of 2020 in response to the COVID 19 pandemic. After seeing the success of these classes and the value added of having folks cook in their own kitchen the team has decided to continue offering CME classes virtually year-round.

Participants will use Zoom to gather, collaborate, cook together and discuss case studies.  Each module will follow the workflow of in-person programming and will take about 3 1/2 hours to complete.

A shopping and equipment list is available for each module to guide you in preparation.  We also recommend using an iPad for the Zoom meeting. Our team finds using a Gooseneck Tablet Holder makes participation easy and provides fantastic camera angles for  chef instructors to help guide cooking.
