Our continuing medical education series provides physicians with evidence-based information on dietary education for patients. Important nutrition concepts are taught through hands-on cooking classes in a way that helps physicians understand the practical dialogue they can have with their patients about lifestyle change. The program helps translate the literature for use in your day-to-day practice, while receiving 3 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits per module completed. You can find an index of classes being offered here.
Classes run 3 hours, with a small amount of preparation expected prior to attending class. You will receive further instruction after signing up for the course.
