I grew up in Vermont and completed my residency training at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Eager to start my career back in New England, I moved to Maine and joined InterMed. I currently live in Freeport with my young family, where we enjoy our access to the outdoors. We love the mountains, ocean, and everything in between - particularly the Portland restaurants!
I was drawn to pursue my culinary medicine certificate as an extension of my clinical interests; pediatric obesity, guiding families in healthy lifestyle choices and supporting independence and autonomy in teenagers. Being part of the CCMS family allows me to better serve my patients who are seeking improved health through sustainable lifestyle interventions.
I live in Freeport, ME with my husband and 4 young children.
