Lani is a medical communicator who runs her own company with the goal of expanding her services to encompass research, writing, and education. An anesthesiologist by training, she believes in the multi-modal approach to pain and inflammation relief, which in her case means embracing a less toxic lifestyle and holistic self-care that caters to the body, mind, heart, spirit, and soul to address her autoimmune condition. As a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, she adopted the principles of quality and process improvement in her home and aims to advocate the same method in the community. Her quest for a sustainable formula for quality of life improvement led her to the path of Culinary Medicine. It was love at first bite. Having found her platform, she hopes to expand the reach of Culinary Medicine and Healthcare Quality Improvement to the community through health literacy.
